Payment and condtions of use

Please read the terms and conditions carefully before using Sängvätningsbutiken. By using and shopping on our website, you agree to accept the terms and conditions described below. As the terms and conditions may be updated over time (for example, to adapt to changes in our technology systems, our business model or the applicable laws and regulations), we recommend that you check this page regularly to notice any changes that might have been made in the terms and conditions. In order to shop on Sängvätningsbutiken you must be 18 years old and possess a valid credit card accepted by us. If you have not yet turned 18 years, you must also have the legal right to enter into the agreement.


We offer you three payment methods for your order.

1. Pay directly on our website with your VISA or MasterCard. Please enter your order number as reference. Then follow the instructions for the payment. All transmitted data is encrypted, meaning that no unauthorized person can see it.
To maintain your own security and prevent fraud, you will be asked to enter your Card Verification Number (CVV) when paying with credit card. You can find the 3 digit number on the back of your credit card.

2. Pay by invoice. This is only possible within Sweden. The invoice fee is 25 SEK. We will send you the invoice upon delivery. Payment must be received within 15 days.
When paying by invoice, we will only deliver to the registered address. If another delivery address is selected, the purchase will still be delivered to the registered address.

3. Pay on delivery. This is only possible within Sweden. You pay when you pick up your order at the post office. A delivery fee of 35-65 SEK is charged. Please contact Sängvätningsbutiken for this shipment option (

Please note that we can not accept any payment method other than those listed above. If you try to pay by another method, we will not be liable for your loss of payment or any other damage caused by your action.

All products remain Sängvätningsbutiken’s property until full payment is received.

All attempts of fraud will be reported. Sängvätningsbutiken has the right to cancel an order if fraud is suspected.

If Sängvätningsbutiken doesn’t comply to the agreement because of unusual circumstances beyond its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil war or natural disasters such as earthquakes, volcanic eruptions and other similar situations, we can not be held responsible for this.


All prices on products, shipping charges and other services include value added tax (VAT).
The shipping charge is added per order. We will always inform you of the total price, including all taxes, VAT and other costs such as fees and possible delivery costs.

The prices displayed on the website are those that apply at the time of purchase. Prices may be subject to changes without notice, but changes will not affect orders that are already accepted. We endeavour to avoid information errors, but reserve that pricing errors, typos and other errors or mistakes can occur. We can not guarantee that pictures of the products show the colours with 100% accuracy.
We verify the prices as part of our order confirmation. If something is not right, we will contact you.


Delivery is normally performed within 2-4 working days after the order confirmation, to the delivery address given in your order.

Once you have paid for your order by credit card, we will send you the package by the Swedish Post Office (distributed on weekdays according to their postal conditions) or by DHL express (distributed on weekdays according to DHL's conditions).

You can also choose to receive an invoice via email (only in Scandinavia). You will have 15 days to pay the invoice.

We charge a shipping fee of minimum 35 SEK per order. The shipping fee is charged according to the pack size and weight. We follow the Swedish post requirements.

Due to customs, non-EU countries has a longer delivery time. We will deliver your order as soon as possible.

Sängvätningsbutiken offers products for sale that we have in stock and are available for delivery. If our stock status happens to be out of date, we will contact you by e-mail and ask if you want to wait until the product is back in stock, change or cancel your order.

Order Confirmation
After receiving your order you will immediately be sent an order confirmation via e-mail with information about your order. If possible, save your order confirmation as a reference when you contact us.

Track your order
When you have a "My Account" on Sängvä you can track your orders by visiting "My Account" and click on "View my orders". There you can view your past orders or view the status of your current order. To learn more about how the "My account" function works, please click on "My account" or contact us.

Split delivery
If your order consists of several items, we reserve the right to split the delivery. This can happen if the order contains a number of large items or if any item is delayed at the time of ordering. If the delivery is split, you will be notified by a note which is included in the first delivery. You will not be charged for any additional shipping costs.

Cancelling orders before delivery
If you wish to cancel an order before delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to fulfil your request (please see contact details below). We can not promise that we will be able to cancel the shipment, your order may already have been shipped. In such a case, please see "Returning policy".

Incorrect Items
We apologize if wrong item is sent out by mistake. Please contact us and we will make sure that the incorrect product is returned and then we will send out the correct order. See Returning defective products below.

Product inspection
Please note that you are responsible for the products you have ordered when the delivery is completed. Inspect your products for defects and give us notice of any complaints. In the case of defective products, you will have the choice of returning the item and we will refund you the purchase price and the shipping cost. See Returning defective products below.
A reasonable notice should be given within a period of two months after you have received the product and discovered the defect, but in some cases a longer period applies under current legislation.

Returning Policy
You can return an item within 14 days after delivery and either get a replacement of the product, a voucher of equal value or a refund. Note that the product must be in an unopened package and in the same condition as when you purchased it, when it is returned. This is because of the products nature and specific use. Exceptions can be made depending on product issue and situation (see also Guarantee). During discount periods, we offer no money back, only exchange of product.

In connection with returns or exchange of goods, the customer must pay for all the shipping costs. When returning because of defective goods or if the return is due to an error made by Sängvätningsbutiken, we will refund the product cost and the cost of shipment. For customers who ordered a product at Sängvätningsbutiken from outside of EU the customer has to pay customs, import duties and taxes that are needed outside of the EU.
In connection with returns the customers is responsible for the products during transport and shipment.

Returning Defective Products
In the case of defective products or incorrect delivery of your order, you can choose to return the defective product and receive a refund of the purchasing price and the shipping cost. When we have received the product and has accepted the return, we will credit the account number you provide us in the returning form. Please include the receipt for the shipping cost. You can also choose to keep product and request a price reduction. If you want to place another order, we will be happy to assist you.

For customers who are subject to Swedish law, you may return the product within 36 months. Note that such a claim requires that you have not used the product incorrectly and that the product is not defective because of your handling. Products that are timeworn due to usage are not considered to be defective.

The warranty is individual and depends on the type of product you buy and the manufacturer. See product details for information on the warranty applicable to the specific product. Sängvätningsbutiken provides no additional warranty or guarantee beyond the manufacturers guarantee included with the purchase of each product.

Disclaimer of Liability
We are only liable for damages when such damages result from our breach of contractual obligations towards you, or in the event our liability follows from applicable statutory law.
If any activities on Sängvä have caused you damage we shall only be liable for damage to the products, reasonable and verifiable costs as a result of our breach of contract or liability under applicable statutory law and reasonable and verifiable costs to prevent and diminish such damages.
We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by a third party resulting from use of our products. We are not liable for your improper use of any of our products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages resulting from incorrect information on this website.

The limitations mentioned above shall not apply in the event you suffer damages resulting from our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
We guard and respect our customers' personal data and safety, although we can not totally guarantee the security of information and payments transmitted online. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for damages suffered as a result of the use of electronic means of interactions, such as, but not limited to, damages resulting from errors or delays in delivery of communication, interception or manipulation by third parties or by computer programs and transmission of viruses.


Personal Data Act (GDPR)

On May 25, 2018, the new Data Protection Act, the GDPR, entered into force. It is a common EU regulatory framework and has been developed to give you even better control over what personal information companies and organizations have about you. GDPR replaces the previous Personal Data Act (Personuppgiftslagen, PUL). Under this law, you are entitled to receive information concerning the processing of personal data.

Privacy Policy
We are responsible for the information you provide to us, such as when you order a product or register for a member account. The provided information is used to give you the service you expect (such as sending your ordered products) and otherwise give you a good service.

Integrity Policy
